Presence & performance
Build confidence, clarify how you show up, and connect your craft with the person you want to be in the room.
I coach people who are ready to raise their game—in how they train, create, present themselves, see themselves, and lead.

Artists, athletes, actors, and leaders bring their whole selves into the room. Coaching helps make the next move clear, strengthen presence, and build a way of working that fits the person—not just the title.
I coach athletes and artists, and work with people aiming to improve their health, physical appearance, fashion, confidence, and the way they see themselves. I consult with actors and leaders on how they interact, communicate, and show up in a room.
Whether you’re stepping into the spotlight, competing, building an idea, strengthening a marriage, or rebuilding momentum, we work from where you are and set a clear next step.
Build confidence, clarify how you show up, and connect your craft with the person you want to be in the room.
Strengthen routines, focus, and personal standards—in training and the moments when it counts.
Turn a strong idea into a practical plan, strengthen how it is presented, and identify the people, tools, and opportunities that can move it forward.
Work toward healthier habits, physical confidence, and a personal style that feels like you—from clothes and shoes to watches and hats.
Strengthen communication and build a healthy home, shared calling, or new venture that can grow together.
Coaching develops the person. Explore each path, understand what it can include, and choose the next step that fits you.
More than preparing for a wedding—preparing a marriage to carry the calling.
Rhythmos provides pastoral premarital and marriage coaching for couples who want to build a healthy home, communicate with honesty, and move together in purpose—especially couples serving in ministry.

Clarify communication, expectations, conflict patterns, finances, intimacy, boundaries, and the rhythms that shape everyday life together.
Develop a shared vision for home, family, service, and Kingdom assignment—so the calling never outruns the health of the covenant carrying it.
Rhythmos offers pastoral and relational coaching, not licensed therapy or clinical counseling. When deeper therapeutic care is needed, we encourage couples to work with qualified mental-health professionals.
I know this road personally: from professional MMA fighter in peak condition to 398 pounds after more than 13 years of struggling with my weight. I made a conscious decision to get healthy and have lost more than 202 pounds.

Lasting change asks something of us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Coaching offers support and accountability across the whole journey.
We help people repair a torn relationship with food, understand what food is for, let go of diet myths, and build sustainable habits and lifestyles.
We have coached athletes, fighters, football and basketball players, gymnasts, actors, singers, pastors, and motivational speakers—from people who prefer privacy to those on camera every day. We coach women and men, and help children learn healthy habits early.
Patient-centered support from the first questions through treatment and recovery.
Consulting with health leaders on patient-centered systems for bariatric surgery and plastic surgery, including augmentation procedures for women and men—from the first questions through treatment and recovery.
This work also includes clearer, responsible education around bariatric options, GLP-1 medications, and peptides, helping people make informed choices and feel supported as they reconnect with their health and confidence.
Between coaching, entertainment, sports, music, ministry, and travel, I’ve been fortunate to meet some remarkable people. Here are a few snapshots from along the way.
At Super Bowl LVIII, I had the opportunity to meet and interview players, coaches, and leaders from both sides of the field—listening to how they prepare, lead, compete, and perform when the stakes are highest.
The week also created space for a meaningful sit-down conversation with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei “The Pit Bull” Arlovski—connecting the worlds of elite football, fighting, leadership, and performance.

I keep training and competing myself. Coaching is grounded in the same daily practice: catch yourself, find your rhythm, and take the next honest step.
