Discover the rhythm.
Develop the sound.

Every church, organization, and leader carries something distinct. Rhythmos Consulting Ministries is a nonprofit consulting ministry that helps people name what God has placed within them, build the culture and systems to carry it, and move forward without losing the heart of who they are. As Lead Consultant and CEO, I bring 17 years as a licensed and ordained pastor and more than 30 years across ministry and artistry.

The Sound / A cinematic introduction

Before presentation,
revelation.

Every house carries a God-given heartbeat. The work is not to copy the sound of another room, but to hear what Heaven is asking your Lead Pastor and your people to carry—and give that revelation an authentic expression.

The rhythm of the house

Every house
has a heartbeat.

When the heartbeat of the Kingdom meets the God-given rhythm of the pastor, it produces the sound of the house—a distinct, earthly echo of Heaven, shaped to reach its region.

01 Heaven Provides the
heartbeat.
02 The pastor Carries the
rhythm.
03 The house Releases the
sound.
04 The region Experiences
the echo.
Beyond the platform

The sound moves through the whole house.

That sound is never carried by the platform alone. It moves from the Lead Pastor to the executive team; from worship and production to kids, students, and young adults; from small groups and front doors all the way to the parking lot. Every leader, every team, and every volunteer helps people experience the heart of the house.

The Rhythmos framework

From heart
to multiplication.

We help leaders uncover what God has already placed within the house, give it language, and build the culture and systems that allow it to flourish.

01

Heart

The God-given mission and calling entrusted to the house.

02

Rhythm

The leadership culture, values, language, and expression that give the house its cadence.

03

Sound

The authentic expression of that rhythm through worship, creativity, communication, and leadership.

04

Culture

The environment people experience when vision becomes shared behavior.

05

Systems

The structures that protect, support, and multiply a healthy culture.

06

Multiplication

Healthy growth, leadership development, sustainability, and lasting Kingdom impact.

What we help build

A pathway from vision to practice.

Vision alignment

Helping leaders define the worship, creative, leadership, and cultural expression of the house.

Team development

Building healthy volunteer pipelines, onboarding systems, and leadership pathways.

Systems & operations

Creating scalable structures for communication, scheduling, rehearsals, production, and service execution.

Launch preparation

Preparing worship, production, and creative teams for healthy, sustainable launch environments.

Ongoing development

Providing coaching, evaluation, and leadership development through every season of growth.

The goal is not to make every house sound the same. It is to help leaders discover the sound already present in their vision—and build healthy systems that allow it to flourish.

Justin and I have shared life and ministry for many years. We have served together in churches, prisons, workshops, conferences, and spaces where God met people in ways neither of us will ever forget. Those experiences remain some of the most impactful and memorable moments of my life.

Every time Justin serves, he does it with fire, passion, and all of his heart. He holds nothing back. Whether he is standing before thousands of people or ministering to one person who needs hope, he brings the same intensity, preparation, compassion, and complete commitment to the moment.

What makes Justin extraordinary, however, is that the man people experience onstage is the same man I have witnessed when no audience was present. I have seen him through countless hours far removed from a platform—as a devoted husband, a loving father, a loyal friend, and a true brother. He serves his family and the people closest to him with the same passion and intentionality he brings to ministry.

His gift is undeniable, but his gift has never been the most compelling thing about him. It is his heart for God, his love for people, and his relentless pursuit of God’s presence that distinguish him. He does not simply lead people into moments; he lives what he carries.

Any church, organization, team, or individual who has the opportunity to work with Justin will receive far more than talent. They will encounter a servant, a builder, a leader, and a brother who will pour his whole heart into the assignment and the people God has entrusted to him.

Justin Howard has been a tremendous blessing to our church. For nearly two years, he has served Church360 not only as a gifted worship leader, but also as a trusted consultant, strategist, and builder.

Justin came alongside us during an important season of rebuilding and helped strengthen our worship and creative arts ministry from the inside out. He helped develop standard operating procedures, revitalize our band and vocal teams, establish clearer processes for onboarding and training musicians and production team members, and invest intentionally in our worship leaders.

For a full year, Justin led worship with us twice each month while helping us prepare for and maximize some of our most important Sundays and major events. He brought consistency, excellence, creativity, and pastoral care to every assignment. During this season, our membership more than tripled, and Justin helped our teams develop the strength, structure, and capacity needed to serve a growing church well.

Justin is incredibly talented, creative, dependable, and always aware of where culture is moving. But more than that, he genuinely cares about people and the local church. He does not enter a house trying to make it sound like somewhere else. He listens, learns the vision, and helps strengthen what God has already placed there.

I am grateful for Justin and for the investment he has made in Church360. I recommend him wholeheartedly to any church or organization looking for someone who can lead, build, develop people, and help turn vision into a sustainable reality.

I first met Justin when he was about ten years old, never imagining that we would one day become close friends and, more importantly, partners in ministry.

Years later, our paths crossed again while he was serving at a church in Austin. When he and his family eventually moved to Houston, it felt natural for him to become part of the worship ministry at Grace Church. He began as a contract worship leader and, in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, transitioned into full-time leadership as part of the Grace Worship Lead Team.

Justin became one of the primary worship leaders at our broadcast campus while helping oversee, support, and develop creative teams across all of our campuses. His vocal talent and anointing speak for themselves—and make no mistake, they speak loudly—but Justin is far more than a gifted worship leader and communicator.

During his time at Grace, he was instrumental in developing the Grace Worship Collective, releasing original music, restructuring teams, and helping us open our new 2,500-seat worship center. We have traveled and ministered internationally, shared countless stages, and celebrated extraordinary opportunities together.

Through it all, I have come to know these truths: Justin has the heart of a pastor, he genuinely loves people, and he has the experience and creative leadership to help bring a vision to life. In recent years, I have also watched him grow, develop, and expand his understanding of production environments and the systems required to build them well.

I respect Justin not only as a capable leader, but also as a husband to Melonie and a loving father to three amazing girls. I am better because of his friendship, his leadership, and his contribution to our ministry.

Justin is the rare creative leader who can take the smallest spark of an idea and build an entire world around it. I’ve worked with him on many projects for nearly 20 years, and every time, he delivers more than expected.

Hand him a one-line concept and he’ll carry it the whole distance: shaping the vision, assembling and leading the right team, drawing the best work out of the talent he brings in, and turning it into something seen by hundreds of thousands of people.

He directs the way the best creative leads do—with clarity and momentum—moving an idea from “what if” to fully realized and in front of an audience. If you have a creative project that needs someone to own it from ideation to execution, I recommend Justin without hesitation.

When the leader is out of tune, the whole organization feels it. Justin Howard understands that.

His perspective comes from an uncommon mix of experiences: competing in the UFC, leading worship teams in local churches, performing in arenas and theaters with bands at the level of Earth, Wind & Fire, and writing music with Grammy Award-winning artists. He knows what it takes to show up under pressure and deliver.

Justin joined me for a mastermind with six-, seven-, and eight-figure entrepreneurs working through personal growth, obstacles, and team dynamics. What stood out was his ability to bring those experiences into the challenges business leaders face every day.

Leading a band means managing your own emotions, bringing out the best in the people behind you, and staying connected to the people in front of you. All at once. Whatever you’re carrying personally, the room still expects you to deliver.

Justin brings that awareness to the way he approaches people and solves problems. He helps leaders see how their own internal balance affects their team’s ability to perform and serve others well.

When the stakes are high and the personalities are strong, Justin is someone I want in the room.

At Cediel Concession Management, we have had the privilege of working with Justin Howard in more than one way. Justin is a dear friend, Christian leader, musician, writer, coach, and servant-hearted person.

Justin has been part of several of our companywide events as an artist and entertainer. He brings exceptional talent and professionalism to the stage, but what people remember is how naturally he connects with the room. He brings energy, warmth, and genuine care for people.

Our relationship has also grown beyond those events. In my conversations with Justin, he has been a thoughtful coach and strategic sounding board. We have talked through challenges, worked through ideas, and considered practical ways forward. He listens well, asks good questions, and offers a perspective I value as a leader. Those conversations mean as much to me as the moments he has performed for our team.

What I appreciate most is that the same character shows up in both settings. Justin leads with humility, respect, encouragement, and compassion. His Christian faith is reflected in the way he treats people, and his creativity and communication skills make him a gift to any room he enters.

When we need an artist who can serve an audience, or someone who can sit with us, think clearly, and help us shape ideas, Justin is someone I trust. Cediel Concession Management is grateful for the chance to work with him and glad to recommend him to organizations, churches, companies, and teams looking for talent, thoughtful leadership, and a genuine heart for people.
